So, while traveling in the car, L.O. managed to grab a tissue to blow her nose and stuffed a ball of it up her nose. She faces backward in her car seat because she is only 23 months old, which made it difficult for me to see well while I was driving. Big brother attempted to assist and grab from her, but he was unsuccessful. I had her blow when we got home, but nothing came out. I instinctively assumed she had pulled it out in the car and I just hadn't seen this because I checked and couldn't find anything. After a week, she wanted the "booger sucker," as we refer to it. She likes to do it on her own as I observe and compliment her for being such a great helper! Well, as soon as she hit the third power of suction, a firmly balled wad of tissue appeared! Thank you, Jesus! Could you imagine the infections and issues that might have developed if that had remained in her nasal cavity? Thank you, booger sucker!
